Event Resource Management, LLC (ERM) is an event based labor company specializing in the providing the entertainment industry with knowledgeable, well trained and highly motivated staff. ERM has been called upon to design and implement ergonomic labor and production methods to balance safety, timing and budgetary concerns for some of the largest and most prestigious events held throughout the Pacific Northwest.
ERM has an extensive labor roster and employs a wide variety of skilled personnel in technical positions. These positions include certified riggers, supervisors, crew leads, certified industrial equipment operators (i.e., man lifts and forklifts and general laborers.
ERM has an immaculate experience rating with OSHA and the Department of Labor and Industries. To date, ERM has never suffered a time loss claim due to an injured employee or failed an on-site safety inspection.
Because ERM and the majority of our staff reside within the Pacific Northwest, our staff is very accustomed to and experienced at working in harsh climates.
